General Information:

- PARTY!! If you would like to host a party at Balticon, contact our Hotel Liaison. He will tell you what the rules are and make sure your room is located in the correct area. We offer support for parties at Balticon by offering you 6 2-liter bottles of soft drinks to get you started.
- BID PARTIES: If you want to host a Bid Party but need a bigger space than your hotel room, we have a space you can “borrow” for a small donation. Contact Program@Balticon.org about using the Party Parlor and we will send you the appropriate documents.

Program Participants
If you are a program participant (a presenter, performer, or panelist), or want to know how you can become one, you will find these forms useful:

- Before you tell us to use the bio and picture we have on file for you, we recommend that you check these pages from the Balticon 47 Participant Info, Balticon 48 Participant Info, and Balticon 49 Participant Info in the 2013, 2014 and 2015 BSFans to see what bio and picture we published for you in the past three years.
- Please sign the B50 General Authorization for Release and send it to Program@Balticon.org
- The Balticon 50 Guest of Participant Registration Form is the form for Program Participants to use to register their family members.
- You can celebrate the release of your new works by having a LAUNCH EVENT at Balticon.
Registration

Release forms for adults may be digitally signed and emailed to volunteers AT balticon DOT org or printed, completed, and droped off at the volunteer desk when you arrive. ** If you are a minor, we must have the original copy with your parent or guardian’s signature dropped of at the volunteer desk.
